Jiajun, Answer English’s prodigal intern, tells us about Regents Park:
Regent’s Park is largest grass area for sports in Central London and offers a wide range of activities, as well as open air Theatre, the London Zoo many cafes and restaurants. It is also a perfect place to relax, to enjoy the nature and to go for a walk and it is also the reason why Regent’s Park is my favourite park in Central London!
Every weekend, walking in Regent park become part of my life in London because I like quiet, fresh, green and huge nature area! It is a personal life style to sit on the grassland together with trees, birds, and many other animals I like.
Regent Park is also a perfect place to relax after a whole week work. In London parks are the only places that you can relax your body both mentally and physically and Regent Park is the choice for me. I remember one time when I lied down on the grassland at Regent Park, I was thinking about my study, my life, my work, my future, the whole planet and the universe.
London Zoo is located in Regent Park which increased my likeness of this fantastic park because I am an animal lover. One of my special hobbies is that I like buy some bread in a supermarket and bring with me to the park, feeding birds, ducks, swans and squirrels etc. I like the way different animals eating and really enjoy staying with them.
